Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
