Bread and bun maker wanted in Gallia County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Gallia County, Ohio. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
