Production line operative — Tippah County

You will pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. Requirements: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Careful handling of tools and components • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
