Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Uvalde County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Uvalde County, Texas. You will be based at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
