Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding You will seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks.
