Gas meter installer wanted in Piute County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Piute County, Utah. You will work at a heating and plumbing contractor. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion You will install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
