Glass cutter • Colleton County, South Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a glass cutter in Colleton County, South Carolina. You will be based in a shopfront glazing company. You will replace cracked or broken window panes; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred Full-time with occasional weekends.
