Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium The role involves lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead.
