Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Jefferson County, Washington. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
