Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Leicestershire, England. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
