Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Cook County, Minnesota. You will work at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
