On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Part-time with flexible hours.
