Join our team: floor and wall tile fitter (Connecticut)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut. On a typical shift you will fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling. Requirements: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
