Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods You will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs.
