Bar bender and fixer wanted in Suffolk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. You will be based on a busy residential building site. Your main tasks: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
