Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Perry County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
