Great opportunity: formwork joiner (Scotland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork joiner in East Ayrshire, Scotland. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. Your main tasks: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. £2,050 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
