On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 6+ years on the tools preferred.
