Site safety steward • Obowo, Imo State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Obowo, Imo State. You will work at an oil and gas facility. The role involves: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) You should have: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
