Quality assurance assistant • Henry County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Henry County, Tennessee. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection On a typical shift you will carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
