Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Menard County, Texas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Performance bonus on top of base pay.
