The role involves top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards.
