Vacancy available: automotive paint technician (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Houston County, Texas. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Good eye for colour matching and blending Part-time with flexible hours.
