Vacancy available: HVAC-R technician (Alabama)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. The job is in an AC and refrigeration showroom. Day to day you will service split AC units and VRF systems; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; fault-find control boards and defrost timers. You should have: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
