Great opportunity: industrial sewing operator (West Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Cabell County, West Virginia. You will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. Requirements: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Part-time with flexible hours. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
