Powder spray gun operator • Bergen County, New Jersey

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Bergen County, New Jersey. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
