Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Your main tasks: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
