Banksman wanted in Wallace County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banksman in Wallace County, Kansas. Day to day you will read lift plans and method statements before starting; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
