Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Clarke County, Mississippi. The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
