Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Gwoza, Borno State. Day-to-day duties: • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load You should have: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules 3+ years on the tools preferred.
