Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections The role involves: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
