Tiling assistant • Lee County, Kentucky

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Lee County, Kentucky. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. On the job you will handle: • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone 3+ years on the tools preferred.
