Immediate opening: domestic gas engineer (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Stockton-on-Tees, England. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Driving licence for travel between sites • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces The role involves: • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints We offer £2,100 per month plus benefits.
