Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift technician in Terrell County, Texas. The job is in a residential tower block. Day to day you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; run load and overload tests with test weights; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. What we are looking for: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Part-time with flexible hours.
