What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service.
