Canteen cook wanted in Lake County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Lake County, South Dakota. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 5+ years on the tools preferred.
