Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Gentry County, Missouri. The role involves carry out 6G pipe welds where required; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal. Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
