Join our team: we are hiring a presser in Hutchinson County, South Dakota. The job is in a busy laundry. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment On the job you will handle: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Give each garment a final press before packing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
