Powder coating sprayer — Pocahontas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
