Powder coating technician wanted in Las Animas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Las Animas County, Colorado. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
