Restaurant steward — Fermanagh and Omagh

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Fermanagh and Omagh, Northern Ireland. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Performance bonus on top of base pay.
