Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Coconino County, Arizona. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence.
