Tandoor cook — Essex County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Essex County, Vermont. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
