Great opportunity: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Gilpin County, Colorado. You will be based in a tyre and puncture shop. Day-to-day duties: • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule You should have: • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres Rotating shifts.
