Short order cook wanted in Gila County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Gila County, Arizona. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $210 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
