AC mechanic • Northumberland, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Northumberland, England. Day to day you will mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
