Port container crane operator wanted in Madison County

Now hiring: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Madison County, Mississippi. You will work at a shipbuilding yard. On the job you will handle: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Strong attention to safety and load limits Rotating shifts.
