Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Garfield County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns On the job you will handle: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
