Spray painter (automotive) — Iberia Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Iberia Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. Your main tasks: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels You should have: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Good eye for colour matching and blending Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
