Shuttering fixer • Logan County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Logan County, Nebraska. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites On a typical shift you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
